How can I delete my Poppn account?

If you wish to delete your Poppn account you can either:

1. Send us a request, selecting Delete My Account. Please confirm your @username and the reason for deleting your account.
2. E-mail us from the email address associated to your Poppn account, along with your username to data@poppn.africa.

Please note that you are still liable to complete any outstanding campaign commitments. Not doing so may impact any Poppn accounts you may open in future. If you have any open disputes please ensure they are resolved before closing your account.
