Submission Evaluation Criteria

This guide explains how the Poppn Submission Evaluation System works—and why maintaining a strong Creator Score matters.

What is a Poppn Creator Score?

Each time you submit content to a challenge on Poppn, our team reviews it and assigns it a quality rating from 1 to 5 stars—1 being the lowest and 5 the highest.

Your ratings across all submissions are then combined (along with some performance data) to calculate your Poppn Creator Score, also on a 1–5 scale.

Why is the Poppn Creator Score important?

Your score helps determine which challenges you qualify for. Some of the highest-paying opportunities are reserved for creators with top scores, where Brands expect only the best content.

Can I view my Creator Score?

At the moment, only the Poppn team and also brands have access to Creator Scores, it doesn't show up on your profile. 

How do I improve my Creator Score?

Simple: create high-quality content that meets the challenge brief. Be sure to check out the Help Center guides and tutorials on our social channels for tips on level-ing up your content game.

How is my content rated?

Each submission is reviewed by the Poppn team to ensure it follows the brief and meets the standards expected by Brands. Content is rated based on the following:

Video Quality

• Is the footage clear and sharp?

• Are captions readable?

Audio Quality

• Is the audio crisp and easy to understand?

Lighting

• Is everything clearly visible?

Effort

• Does the content feel original and made specifically for this challenge?

• Or does it look like reused footage from other posts?

• Is the same level of effort shown as in the creator’s usual content?

Enjoyability

• Is the content fun, engaging, or interesting to watch?

Brand Focus

• Were all elements of the brief followed?

• Does the content support the Brand’s goals for the challenge?

All content ratings are determined by Poppn reviewers. Ratings are final and not open to dispute.
